Algumas horas mais tarde, o vocalista da Restart se pronunciou pelo Twitter: "Sangue eu tenho de monte! Pode vir mais que eu dou todo o sangue que eu tenho para vocês! Tomei um ponto na cabeça, mas já, já estou zero! OBRIGADO PELO CARINHO!". O cantor também foi submetido a exames de raio-X e em seguida foi liberado. Ele passa bem.
Ainda nesta segunda, Pedro reiterou o agradecimento à equipe que o atendeu: "Queria deixar meu singelo agradecimento à equipe de resgate de Rio das Ostras! Me levaram para o hospital e deram toda assistência! Valeu!".
Em nota oficial, a Prefeitura de Rio das Ostras disse "lamentar" o incidente e afirmou que nunca nada similar havia acontecido na cidade.
