O cantor não gosta de admitir em público, mas a amigos ele andou dizendo que estava empolgado com a possibilidade de substituir Netinho de Paula no comando do programa Show da Gente, no SBT.
Netinho ia deixar o programa para se candidatar a senador e convidou Belo para ficar em seu lugar. O que se comenta no bastidores do SBT é que Netinho de Paula desistiu de se candidatar, pois percebeu que suas chances eram pequenas.
Seria perda de tempo e de dinheiro. Pelo menos por enquanto, Belo terá de continuar só cantando mesmo.
